All of our fresh steaks and chicken cutlets are displayed in the deli case so that you may choose the amount that is just right for you.

All of our fresh meat items are packaged in front of the customer to provide the freshest cut of meat. Every day our butcher cuts and trims Delmonico steaks, NY Strip steaks, and chicken cutlets.

Our homemade hot and sweet Italian sausage is also a very popular item. We ask that any orders over 3lbs be placed in advance.

Lean ground beef is cut and ground fresh daily. Throughout the summer we also carry sirloin steaks, veal cutlet, and country ribs. We will fill special orders for items such as pork chops, filet mignon, and ground beef, pork, and veal.
